Hope sold our home in 9 days in March. She is a professional, is calm and thorough. She listens to the seller's concerns and needs and honors that throughout the entire process. When our buyer came back with a very high estimate for a specific repair, Hope went above and beyond and researched the buyer's inspectors and discovered they were not even licensed. She saved the sale and saved us over $90,000. Now that's a recommendation. I am currently looking at properties to buy and she is just as good being a buyer's agent as she was being our selling agent. You can trust Hope to tell you the truth.

I have bought and sold many homes over the past 24 years and I've never had such an amazing experience as I have with Hope. We were buying a new home from out of state and Hope was so prepared and thorough with the time we had together to see homes while we were in town. She was prepared for our long day with drinks & snacks as well as an electronic booklet of all of the 20 homes on the schedule to see.
